Life as a Realtor

Since Real Estate is in such a slup as some people say I only want to ask, how would I do this if it was booming! Also on a personal note, I now have 2 horses, 1 donkey, 9 sheep, don't know how many chickens and 8 geese. Oh, almost forgot 2 turkeys too.
